I am grateful for my ability to have a new core belief as core beliefs are simply practiced thoughts. I can change it.

What do I feel the other person has that I feel I am lacking? I feel that I deserve to have what they have and also they don’t deserve to have it.

I don’t give advice unless I’m doing a reading. I learn to shut up.

I’m learning to speak highly of myself because I deserve it and I’m truly awesome.

I sometimes make fun of them but I know I love them.
