I am grateful for being brave.

Today I am flexible.

Change in this area allows me to feel that I can have the life I want.

Today I am practising when I feel like saying no, I pause and listen again.

I’m doing less for more. I don’t need to do so much to attract a quality man as I’m a quality woman and it’s my right to have a quality man. The universe will send me a quality man as long as I’m doing the work.

Today I am practising when I have any emotions, I ask my inner child what’s that about and we can overcome it together.

Dear Little Overachiever Jamie

I know you have felt you needed to do some things perfectly to make others or yourself feel happy, proud, or loved. I know this makes you feel not good enough as you are. You don’t have to do this anymore. You are allowed to stop pushing yourself so hard to do things perfectly. I promise you are more than enough exactly as you are.

I see you, I hear you, and I love you always.

I am grateful for the opportunity to love her.

Today I am very brave to relive my traumatic past. It was 20 years ago and still painful. But I am ok.

Change in this area allows me to feel peace and I am very brave to go through that trauma and am still a good person.

Today I am practising giving myself grace.
