Had a super lovely day staying in. I notice that I really like to stay in and do nothing.

I’ve also had this yawning for living in mountains.

So glad I took a day off. I was feeling unwell yesterday but as soon as I decided to take a day off, the unwell feeling was gone. My body always communicates with me. She’s smarter than me.
