I’m loved. I’m safe. I’m ok.

Today I am practising looking at the bright side.

I am grateful for living in a peaceful country.

Today I am loved.

Change in this area allows me to feel calm.

Today I am practising when feeling down, I look at the bright side.

Listen to my inner voice, I don’t find this man high quality or interesting. He gives very little in his profile and he doesn’t seem interested in me. I don’t feel good talking to him. Time to let him go.
