Change in this area allows me to feel amazing.

Today I am practising when feeling positive, I cheer.

Finish the book! Meditation. Hypnosis. Match with a man. Journal.

Didn’t finish the book. Didn’t match with a man. Just too bloody tired. I need to give myself some grace.
