Today I am practising being mindful.

I am grateful for a good swim and lovely weather.

Today I am beautiful.

Change in this area allows me to feel calm.

Today I am practising when feeling anxious, I bring myself to present moment.

Today I turn 43. I spent my birthday with myself. I remind myself that in 10 years time when I look back, I’d say how beautiful I was. However, instead of waiting for 10 years to think that I was beautiful at 43, I start from now.
