Took myself out today and managed to talk to some nice men. Proud of myself.

Slept for a long time. Love it.

Clean house clean mind.

Checked out and back to reality. I started to feel anxiety and wanted to go back. I need to find the calm and peaceful feeling within.

Happy birthday. I didn’t do anything today. Just staying in and enjoying the view and quietness. William found a new home while I’m away. It’s all for the best.

Last day of 41. I’m looking forward to being 42. I’m now on the Gold Coast having a mini holiday. I know how to treat myself. I enjoy my own company.

I’m so tired and my period is still heavy which is very weird.
