Dear Little Overachiever Jamie

I know you have felt you needed to do some things perfectly to make others or yourself feel happy, proud, or loved. I know this makes you feel not good enough as you are. You don’t have to do this anymore. You are allowed to stop pushing yourself so hard to do things perfectly. I promise you are more than enough exactly as you are.

I see you, I hear you, and I love you always.

I am grateful for having the time to meditate.

Today I am practising loving my inner child.

I am grateful for the opportunity to love her.

Today I am very brave to relive my traumatic past. It was 20 years ago and still painful. But I am ok.

Change in this area allows me to feel peace and I am very brave to go through that trauma and am still a good person.

Today I am practising giving myself grace.

I am grateful for myself really doing the work.

Change in this area allows me to feel safe when I have the abandoned thought.

Core beliefs are just practised thoughts. I can certainly change it.
